Washington Examiner columnist Joe Concha warned about the impact that Democrats regaining power could have on the Supreme Court after party leaders spoke out in support of packing the Supreme Court in response to recent rulings.
“We’re getting a preview out loud at this point what the country will look like if Democrats take back power,” Concha said on Fox News Live Monday.
Concha said not only will Democrats move to expand the Supreme Court, but they will also try to impeach conservative-leaning justices.
“They will expand the Supreme Court by four to six seats,” he said. “They will all be liberal judges. They will move to impeach conservative judges … Justice Alito and Justice Thomas.”
Concha also warned that Democrats’ reforms, if they took back power, would move beyond the Supreme Court and into the election system.
“They will abolish the Electoral College, as Kamala Harris said in that montage,” Concha said. “They will add two states, including D.C. and Puerto Rico, for the sole reason of adding four Democratic senators in perpetuity.”

He also said he believes Democrats will attempt to censor conservative media in the name of combating “misinformation.”
“Democrats aren’t running on anything,” Concha said. “They are running on destroying everything.”
