Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady said his next retirement will be his last.

Brady, 45, who returned to football this season after a short-lived retirement, was asked about hanging up his cleats for good Monday on his SiriusXM podcast Let’s Go!

“Well, I think next time I decide to retire, that’s it for me,” Brady said.

“So, whenever that day comes, we’ll figure it out.”

That day does not appear to be anytime soon, according to the seven-time Super Bowl champion.

“I think what I really realized last year was you got to be really sure to do that,” Brady said.

“And, for me, you know, a lot of people have kind of gone through this situation. … I’m going to take my time whenever that time does come.”

Right now, Brady is focusing on leading the Buccaneers into a strong season finish, he said.

“I have a hugely important job the team is asking me to do, and I want to go out there, and I want to play my best these last two weeks of the regular season,” he said.
