No, Don Lemon, people don’t have to be black to disagree with you

CNN talk show host Don Lemon is back to telling people what they can and cannot do based solely on the color of their skin.
Weeks after proclaiming that women are out of their prime once in their 50s and subsequently limited in what they can do, Lemon now stated that only black people should be able to disagree with him on topics about black people. Lemon essentially said only people of certain races should be allowed to do certain things.
BLACKBURN SAYS DEMOCRATS CALLING ON FEINSTEIN TO RESIGN ‘WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE THIS TO A MAN’
In a heated exchange with Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy on CNN This Morning about the Civil War and gun rights of black people, Lemon said Wednesday that he was insulted by Ramaswamy’s remarks and that he shouldn’t be talking about issues involving black people because he isn’t black.
Lemon took issue with Ramaswamy’s speech at the National Rifle Association convention. “We fought a civil war in this country to give black Americans the equal protection under the law that we failed to secure them in 1776,” he said during his speech. “But then, you want to know what happened? Southern states passed anti-gun laws that stopped black people from owning guns; the Democrat Party, then as in now, wanted to put them back in chains.”
The fact that Lemon disagreed is not surprising. From Lemon’s perspective, only the leftist Howard Zinn and critical race theory-revisionist versions of history are acceptable. But then Lemon took it a step further and commented about how Ramaswamy should not talk about something because of his race.
“I think it’s insulting that you are sitting here whatever ethnicity you are ‘splaining to me about what it’s like to be black in America,” Lemon said while discussing Ramaswamy’s comments.
“I’ll tell you what I am: I’m an Indian American. I’m proud of it. But I think we should have this debate. Black, white — doesn’t matter. On the content of the ideas,” Ramaswamy fired back.
“When you are in black skin, and you live in this country, then you can disagree with me,” Lemon later said in the interaction.
Lemon’s comments reflect the oppression and limits the Left wants to impose in this country. They want to impose their morals and beliefs on others and restrict any speech they disagree with.

It contradicts everything our Founding Fathers fought for and our nation’s ideals of liberty and freedom.
One can and should express one’s political opinions regardless of race, ethnicity, or sex. Lemon’s immediate resort to segregated political debate, a disturbing sentiment shared by many on the Left, reinforces Ramaswamy’s implication that the Democratic Party hasn’t changed since segregation. People of all races are guaranteed freedom to express opinions in this country, no matter how badly people like Don Lemon want otherwise.
