On Memorial Day, the nation remembers those who laid down their lives while protecting the freedoms of the United States.
The Washington Examiner spoke to the owner of a trucking company that looks to employ veterans as they transition from military to civilian life. The company also holds an annual parade in which a retired Army veteran drives their decorated military honors truck.
