A person familiar with the matter said Vance’s events will have sections in which he speaks with the media, making them events rather than rallies. “Everyday Americans” affected by the Biden administration will take center stage.
Vance is expected to focus his attacks on three crucial elements of Harris’s record — immigration, crime, and the economy — which are consistently ranked as some of voters’ biggest concerns. He devoted a significant amount of time to his new opponent, Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN).
