Left-wing ‘journalist’ claims Christians and MAGA supporters are worse than Hamas

In early October, the world watched in horror as Christian nationalists attacked Israel, killing over 1,400 innocent Israelis in one of the deadliest attacks in the country’s history. In the summer of 2020, the United States was devastated by widespread rioting and looting organized by radical MAGA Republicans in response to the weaponized and politicized death of George Floyd while in police custody. Actually, no, that’s incorrect information. It wasn’t MAGA Republicans or Christian nationalists that did any of those things; it was dangerous radical left-wing organizations that caused that chaos, death, and destruction.
Yet, despite this, left-wing journalists still promote the idea that it’s Christians and MAGA supporters who are the danger to the country. Such was the premise of left-wing journalist Brian Karem, who opined in an article for Salon that Christians and MAGA Republicans were a more significant threat to the country than Hamas. It’s indicative of how unhinged many on the Left are and their grave intolerance for groups and ideologies that oppose them. It’s a mindless and ignorant comparison to make, and it’s not grounded in any reality.
ISRAEL WAR: WHY JORDAN CANNOT BE IGNORED
Let’s make no mistake about it: Karem’s not the only one who feels this way. Many on the Left make such radical, baseless assertions mainly because of their hatred of differing opinions and beliefs. No matter how much disdain there might be for so-called MAGA Republicans or Christians, they were not the groups who attacked Israel. They were not the groups that plagued the country with coast-to-coast looting and rioting in 2020 and 2021. Christians and MAGA Republicans didn’t use wind gliders to assassinate innocent concertgoers.
Journalists like Karem just don’t like when people disagree with them. They believe they are morally and intellectually superior to anyone on the Right and, as such, want to see the Right eradicated from society. They try to accomplish this by demeaning or insulting them, tactics more appropriate for a kindergarten classroom than intellectual political conversation.
Moreover, Karem’s seething anger stems more from the fact of Rep. Mike Johnson’s (R-LA) election to speaker of the House. Karem’s bigotry and Christophobia are the impetus for his outlandish claims. Consider Karem’s own words as a reflection of his allegiance to radical left-wing brainwashing and propaganda. Johnson’s Christian beliefs scare Karem to his core.
“So whether it is a possible world war, stochastic terrorism, Christian theocracy, climate change, Donald Trump, our own government or something else unforeseen, for most people it is a time of trepidation and terror,” Karem wrote.
He didn’t mention Hamas. He didn’t mention groups like Black Lives Matter and antifa, nor did he mention the societal impact that rogue left-wing Soros-funded district attorneys have had on the nation’s violent crime rates. Karem didn’t mention anything of the Left’s hidden attempts by Big Tech to restrict and suppress free speech. No, the only people to blame in his disturbing little world were Christians and MAGA supporters. Death and destruction are acceptable to people like Karem so long as those acts align with left-wing values.
Christians and MAGA supporters are not worse than Hamas. Neither are left-wing intellectual terrorists like Karem. But everyone should take note of the vile hatred by people like Karem. These people preach tolerance and diversity so long as it aligns with their values. Any other ideologies, opinions, or perspectives, and left-wingers like Karem will do everything they can to demonize them out of existence.
