There is simply no denying that President Joe Biden is too old and has undergone too much mental decline to be president, let alone to be running for another four years. If you do not think so, you should watch him speak and try to argue with a straight face that he is completely fine.

The latest Biden clip making the rounds is him saying that Hamas needs to “learn how to shoot straight” regarding a Palestinian missile being fired at Israeli civilians that misfired and exploded near a hospital in Gaza. He wasn’t just talking about Hamas lying about the missile being fired by Israel, either. The full quote was, “I’m not suggesting that Hamas deliberately did it, either. It’s that old thing, gotta learn how to shoot straight.”

DEMOCRATIC LIES ARE ENDANGERING AMERICAN LIVES

Put aside the bizarre idea of saying Hamas should get better aim when shooting at the civilians of one of our allies, though, and simply watch Biden speak. About 20 seconds into his answer, Biden goes on a tangent about why our Defense Department concluded against the notion that Israel fired the rocket only to stop midway through with an “anyway” and drop the sentence entirely. For 40 seconds he sporadically jumps from topic to topic in a long run-on sentence where the only pauses are when he forgets his line of thought and picks up a new one.

Biden is 80 years old and seems even older. He regularly goes on tangents or forgets what he is talking about when asked questions. He regularly repeats fake stories that he has been telling for years even when he has been called on them. He operates almost entirely on canned lines when speaking (every gun control speech will include a line about deer wearing Kevlar vests, for example). He’s spent about 40% of his presidency on vacation.

Biden would be 82 at the start of his second term and 86 when his second term finished. His condition is not going to get better. He is only going to become more incoherent and be hidden from the press more often as the years go by. And, between inflation, the border crisis, the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, and attacks on Ukraine and Israel, it is clear that there is no redeeming quality to his presidency either.

Biden is too old to run the executive branch and too old to lead on the world stage. He is too old to be president. Biden will be 15 years past the retirement age next month. For the country, his retirement has come at least four years too late.
