California trades its weak travel ban for lectures about sex transitions for children

California has ended its sanctimonious, self-harming travel ban to other states and will be replacing it with a sanctimonious, patronizing campaign of lectures about how you should accept doctors permanently disfiguring children and men harming women in women’s sports.
California has finally moved on from its ban on state-funded travel, a weak attempt at a boycott that started in 2016 and only succeeded in preventing California organizations and other state officials from traveling to other states for competitions or business. State Democrats vastly overestimated the importance of state-funded travel to the economies of other states and even then carved out several exceptions so Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) could vacation in Montana and other officials could use campaign funds to pay for their trips.
EVIDENCE OF BIDEN’S WRONGDOING IS CONSIDERABLE
The purpose of the ban was to fight back against “discriminatory” bans from mostly GOP-run states, with Republicans daring to protect children from irreversible sex transitions or ensure that girls don’t have to change in front of boys in their locker room being cast as discrimination. Now that it has failed, California Democrats are turning to the “Bridge project,” which one assemblyman said is designed “to target audiences in states that have established discriminatory laws with compelling messaging regarding anti-discrimination, to open hearts and minds and to help our LGBTQ folks.”
Yes, Democrats just have to find the “compelling” message for pumping children full of hormones and puberty blockers and preparing them for sex transition surgeries, and then that message will convert Republicans and all other people who haven’t been driven insane by transgender ideology to accept sex changes for children. Who knew it would be this easy?

Much like the weak attempt at a travel ban, this new “Bridge project” won’t accomplish anything either. California Democrats are not going to lecture people out of their fairly reasonable stances that girls locker rooms and sports are for girls and that children shouldn’t be pushed into irreversible sex transitions that they obviously are not mature enough to consent to. The problem here isn’t some imagined bigotry or discrimination; it’s that California Democrats and the transgender activists they are guided by are radically out of step with the country and with basic human biology.
California Democrats have been utterly broken by transgender ideology, to the point that they want schools to hide mental health problems from children’s parents and they want the state to remove custody from parents if they do not adhere to transgender ideology. Republican-run states didn’t submit to the weak boycott attempt, and they won’t even humor a lecture campaign from the most radical, worst-run state in the country.
