Illegal immigrant crime is plaguing Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs, and the city’s Democrats are holding training sessions to teach activists how to disrupt immigration enforcement operations throughout the city. Their objective is to cause chaos and delay ICE enforcement operations to allow illegal immigrants to flee from justice and accountability. Yet every second an activist delays ICE operations is a second not afforded to the innocent victims of these violent criminals.
Consider some of the people recently arrested by ICE in the Philadelphia area who are unquestionably the worst of the worst.
Abdoulaye Doucoure was convicted of third-degree murder in Philadelphia. He is an illegal immigrant from Mali and was arrested by ICE on Aug. 20, 2026. Eswin Garcia-Ispache was convicted of aggravated indecent assault of a child in Philadelphia. Garcia-Ispache entered the country illegally and was arrested by ICE on Sept. 10. Marco Gomez, from the Dominican Republic, was convicted of attempted involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault, and unlawful restraint in Philadelphia. ICE arrested him on Sept. 14.
INFILTRATING THE LEFT: GOING UNDERCOVER AND ATTENDING RADICAL, LEFT-WING ‘ICE OUT’ TRAININGS
Kea Tum, an illegal immigrant from Cambodia, was convicted of assault, robbery, possession of a controlled substance, and illegally possessing a firearm without a license in Philadelphia. Paul Brown was previously convicted of corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of children, and unlawful contact with a minor in Philadelphia. Brown, who is an illegal immigrant from Jamaica, was arrested by ICE on Oct. 1.
These are the violent and dangerous criminals that activists who purposely disrupt ICE operations are protecting.
As I reported Wednesday, Philadelphia Democrats have been regularly holding “ICE Out” trainings throughout the city to instruct left-wing activists who support illegal immigration on how to confront ICE officers and prevent them from doing their jobs and bringing violent illegal immigrants to justice. Earlier this year, shortly after Renee Good was killed while impeding an immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Philadelphia City Councilwoman Rue Landau, who sponsored one of the training sessions I wrote about infiltrating, explained why she was holding the activist education seminars.
“What we’re seeing ICE do when they come into cities and into towns across America is they’re instilling so much fear,” Landau said. “They are breaking laws. They are acting with a reckless abandonment of any rule of law and in an authoritarian way, and they are really just trying to take over cities, scaring people and rounding them up.”
Think of just how unhinged, absurd, and out of touch with reality one must be to make such a comment. ICE officers are “breaking laws,” not the violent illegal immigrants killing and harming innocent people? ICE officers are “instilling fear,” not Destino Jean-Louis murdering an innocent woman or Mory Kante carjacking two innocent people? ICE officers are “acting with reckless abandonment,” not the criminals in the country illegally wreaking havoc in communities? As is often the case with Democrats salivating for political power, they are out of touch with reality, distort facts, vilify the good guys protecting the defenseless and innocent, and lionize the evil, violent criminals.
An integral part of the Democrats’ playbook and their activists’ strategy to impede ICE operations is disruption. “Disrupt” is prominently promoted as one of the “Five Ds of fighting ICE.” They adamantly and purposefully seek to “interrupt or alter ICE’s objectives.” Activists-in-training are given guidance on sowing the seeds of chaos and confusion during ICE operations.
For example, in the two role-playing exercises conducted during the training sessions I infiltrated, attendees were instructed on what to do when they witnessed an ICE raid. In both scenarios, attendees were told to confront ICE officers firmly and confidently, but not aggressively. They were advised to request that ICE officers show their warrants, obstruct them from passing, and stand in their path to delay their operation, but to do so in a way that ensures no ICE officers are actually touched. Moreover, the trainers actively encouraged attendees to cause as much chaos and distraction as possible, albeit legally, during immigration enforcement operations.
However, the true sin of such tactical impediments and activist disruptions is the egregious protection they provide for violent criminal illegal immigrants.
Destino Jean-Louis, an illegal immigrant from Haiti, is accused of brutally murdering a Walmart employee in suburban Philadelphia. Mory Kante, a French national illegally in the United States, was sentenced to 13 years in prison in October for a carjacking and a separate attempted carjacking in Philadelphia less than a year ago, on Nov. 20, 2025. Alamo Makesi Sampson, an illegal immigrant from Trinidad, was charged with aggravated assault, robbery, and strangulation and was arrested in Philadelphia in late September. Leo Robert Jackson, an illegal immigrant from Liberia who had a final order of removal and had been convicted of rape of a child and simple assault, was also arrested in September and is now in ICE custody.
A MISSING WIFE, A MURDER CHARGE, AND ANOTHER ICE HOAX
These are the kinds of violent and criminal illegal immigrants that Democrats want roaming freely around the country. These are the kinds of dangerous illegal immigrants who harm innocent people and whose arrests Democrats are training activists to disrupt.
Time and time again, left-wing politicians, activists, organizers, and group members have demonstrated that their priority is protecting those who harm and kill the defenseless and innocent, such as Laken Riley, Jocelyn Nungaray, Rachel Morin, and Sheridan Gorman. These Democrats wantonly endanger Americans, and they want your vote on Nov. 3.
