The school district and the state are staying mum on this, but if the essence of this story is true, it is, of course, tyranny.
Democrats are using the schools they control and the state power they wield to impose their morality and their brand-new ideology, and they are dragging children away from parents who don’t abide by this novel dogma. It’s a godless theocracy.
At the same moment that CNN and the Washington Post are giving airtime to a California Democrat whose book warns us all about Christian nationalism, his state party has tried to make this kind of transgender-based family separation official policy.
California passed a law banning teachers from telling parents if their child was beginning to identify as the opposite gender. Another bill that passed the legislature — but was vetoed by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) — would have required courts to consider whether a parent affirmed a child’s gender identity when determining the child’s health, safety, and welfare in custody disputes.

It’s no surprise that tyranny would flare up over the transgender issue. The movement has always had totalitarian tendencies. It has tried to deny free speech on the topic based on the false claim that even questioning a person’s stated gender identity would cause that person to resort to suicide — and that such speech was therefore “unsafe.”
Public schools brainwashing your children into totally rejecting how you raised them, and then stripping you of custody — that sounds like a right-wing fever dream. Well, increasingly, that nightmare is becoming reality.
