The United Kingdom has fully embraced transgenderism, reorienting society around the ideology and sacrificing women’s safety in the process.
Police data acquired by the Women’s Rights Network reveals that, in 2023, there were 80 sexual assaults in leisure center changing rooms (or recreation center locker rooms, for the more American translation). There were also 16 rapes and 65 acts of voyeurism. This comes as more and more leisure centers are making mixed-gender “village-style” changing rooms the new “default,” meaning rec centers across the country are putting men and women in the same changing room.

This is because the U.K. has adopted transgender ideology as fact rather than the anti-science belief that it is. In order to accept the premise of transgenderism, you must believe that men and women are the same and that there is no difference between them, which means you can be a man or a woman simply by claiming to be one. If there is no difference between men and women other than your choice of “identity,” then that means there is no reason to have single-sex spaces, such as separate men’s and women’s locker rooms.
That is how you end up with a wealth of rec centers with mixed-gender locker rooms, which inevitably leads to creepy men preying on vulnerable women, knowing that the risks are lower than if they are trying to sneak into a women’s-only locker room (and lower, still, with the weaker justice system the U.K. has compared to the United States).

This is the same country that has reoriented its healthcare industry to placate transgender activists, including punishing doctors for refusing to acknowledge the fiction that men can be women and vice versa. The country has also committed to arresting people who dare to offend transgender people or activists, as evidenced in the arrest of comedian Graham Linehan. Sacrificing the concept of women’s locker rooms, endangering women at rec centers in the process, is just another way that the country is remaking itself to please a handful of people who believe in an anti-science ideology.
This is what a full surrender to transgenderism gets you. Breaking down every aspect of society to fit a worldview that argues that there are no differences between men and women destroys women’s spaces and puts women in danger in their locker rooms, sports, and other areas of life. Women in the U.K. are now being saddled with the consequences.
