Surveillance footage obtained from a Ring doorbell camera captured the moment University of Alabama player Darius Miles allegedly opened fire early Sunday morning, killing 23-year-old Jamea Harris.

Video footage shows two cars driving down the street before at least 10 gunshots ring out, sending bystanders to run in the opposite direction. At least one woman is heard screaming, “Oh my god!” as she runs away from the scene.

Miles was a reserve player for the university’s basketball team but has since been removed from the school’s website. The university later confirmed he is no longer on the team.

“First and foremost, we extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the victim from last night’s incident,” UA Athletics said in a statement. “We were made aware of the recent charge against student-athlete Darius Miles, and he is no longer a member of the Alabama men’s basketball team.”
