Singer-songwriter Lisa Marie Presley has died. She was 54 years old.
Presley, the daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, suffered cardiac arrest at her home in Calabasas, California Thursday.
She was given CPR before being taken to the hospital. Once there, she was reportedly briefly placed in a medically induced coma.

Priscilla Presley announced her daughter’s death Thursday night.
“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla Presley said in a statement.
“She was the most passionate strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers.
“At this time there will be no further comment.”
Earlier Thursday, Priscilla Presley took to Instagram asking for prayers for her daughter.
“My beloved daughter Lisa Marie was rushed to the hospital. She is now receiving the best care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time.”
