Powerball winning numbers: Winning ticket for record $2.04 billion jackpot sold in California

A winning ticket for the Powerball jackpot was sold in California.
“California Lottery makes its FIRST EVER Billionaire! One lucky ticket sold at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena matched all 6 numbers in the November 7 #Powerball draw. The final jackpot amount for this draw came to $2.04 BILLION dollars,” tweeted California Lottery.

Powerball’s website confirmed that there is one winner in California of the entire $2.04 billion jackpot.
The numbers were originally scheduled to be drawn Monday evening but were delayed because one state lottery did not fully report its sales data in time.
The drawing eventually took place Tuesday morning, revealing winning numbers 10, 33, 41, 47, and 56, with Powerball 10.
Shortly thereafter, Powerball claimed there was not a winner of the large sum. Powerball USA said “NEWS: There were no jackpot winners in Monday’s #Powerball drawing so the top prize for Wednesday has rolled to $2.3 BILLION!” in a now-deleted tweet.

However, it later updated both its Twitter account and website to reflect that a winning ticket was sold in California.
