A male was shot at the Brookland-Catholic University of America Metro stop in Washington, D.C., on Thursday afternoon.
The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the shooting and is advising anyone with information to call 911. Photo evidence shows a male victim being treated on the platform. The victim was a teenager, died, the Washington Post reported after speaking with two D.C. officials.
Police released a photo of who they are looking for, describing him as “a black male” with a black jacket, black hoody, gray square backpack, light blue jeans, and black and white shoes.
MPD told the Washington Examiner at 3:59 p.m. they were notified of an unconscious male who was not breathing. The homicide team has been notified and is responding.
