
Damar Hamlin injury: NFL will not resume Bengals-Bills game this week after horror incident

The National Football League announced it would not resume Monday night’s game between the Buffalo Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals after a player collapsed on the field.
No decision on resuming the game at a future date has been made, according to a statement from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. But the cancellation will not affect the schedule for week 18.

The cancellation comes after Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered a cardiac arrest on the field Monday night. He remains in critical condition at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center’s intensive care unit as of Tuesday afternoon, according to the Bills.
