Tesla plunges off California’s ‘Devil’s Slide’ cliff, four people critically injured

Three passengers and a driver were critically wounded when their Tesla drove off of California’s “Devil’s Slide,” officials said.

The Tesla appears to have fallen about 150 feet, the California Highway Patrol reported. The victims were two adults and two minors. Emergency services were quickly dispatched for a rescue attempt.

“At this point, what we’ve got is four critical patients, we’ve got a Tesla over the side, about 250 feet down. Four critical patients, two minors, two adults. We have multiple air ambulances en route, and rescuers on the ground, assessing,” a first responder told media.
