New details have emerged about the Sunday snowplowing incident that left actor Jeremy Renner in “critical but stable condition.”

Video footage obtained by TMZ shows a helicopter airlifting a patient it claims is Renner in a snowy area.

The airlift occurred at about 9:50 a.m. following the actor’s injury. Witnessed told the outlet that he was less than half of a mile from his Tahoe home and was plowing the area so his family could get out. The area received a barrage of snowfall on New Year’s Eve.

It was further reported that police impounded the snow plow around 8:00 p.m. The machine is said to have many safety features and that it should not have been able to run over Renner’s leg.

On Sunday night, a spokesperson said he is “receiving excellent care” and that his family is with him at the hospital.
