Authorities have not reported any injuries from the earthquake. The California Department of Transportation temporarily shut down the Fernbridge on state route 211 to search for any damage.
The earthquake comes weeks after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake caused damage to the area and was blamed for two deaths as the result of a “medical emergency” at the time of the quake.
