The box containing the skulls wrapped in plastic and aluminum foil had been shipped from Apatzingan, which is located in the Mexican state of Michoacan. It is known for having some of the most violent cities in the world and is also home to Los Viagras, one of the most wanted and bloodiest drug cartels.
