Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is delivering a State of the Race speech ahead of the South Carolina Republican presidential primary.
Haley is expected to begin speaking at noon EST in Greenville, South Carolina.

She is the only remaining major challenger to former President Donald Trump in the GOP field. She has been polling behind him in the Palmetto State and various states that will hold their Republican primaries on Super Tuesday, March 5.
