Vice President Kamala Harris is hosting her third National Space Council meeting on Wednesday in Washington, D.C., which will focus on international partnerships. She is scheduled to speak at 2 p.m.
Harris will be joined by NASA Deputy Administrator Pam Melroy and Artemis 2 and Canadian Space Agency astronaut Jeremy Hansen at the meeting, along with other government officials, according to a NASA press release on Wednesday.

The CSA is a member of the NASA-led Artemis Accords, which consists of 33 nations that are aiming to land astronauts on the moon within this decade. Artemis 2 is the next shuttle aiming to reach the moon and is scheduled to fly in 2024.
