The man who is accused of stalking Twitter owner Elon Musk reportedly claimed he is the one being stalked by the billionaire.

Brandon Collado, who said he is an Uber Eats driver, maintains that Musk is stalking him and that the billionaire’s former girlfriend, Grimes, is sending him encoded messages, per a report from the Washington Post.

Collado said that he believes Grimes sends him encoded messages via her Instagram posts, according to the report. He also believes Musk has access to his current location and that Musk can block him from receiving Uber Eats orders.

The report said Collado confirmed he was the man in the video Musk shared whom Musk alleged was following a car with his 2-year-old son on board. The incident is what Musk claims caused the suspension of the Twitter account, which reported where Musk’s jet was.

Twitter then began to crack down on accounts that tracked other jets, citing a violation of the site’s rules against doxxing. The suspensions then extended to reporters who had shared links to the account tracking Musk’s jet. The journalists’ suspensions were quickly reversed after taking effect.
