Rudy Giuliani has lost two of three attorneys representing him in the Fulton County, Georgia, election subversion case in the past two weeks.

Atlanta-based attorney Brian Tevis filed a motion to withdraw himself from representing Giuliani in the sprawling racketeering and election interference case on Wednesday, according to a court filing. His motion to withdraw follows a similar move by attorney David Wolfe last week.

Tevis’s withdrawal means Giuliani is presently without any local sponsor in the case, which is necessary in order to bring in outside attorneys, such as his remaining New York-based attorney David Esposito.

Tevis confirmed his filing to the Washington Examiner and noted a judge must first approve it. Esposito declined to comment.

Giuliani, the former New York City mayor who became Trump’s personal attorney during his presidency, is facing a number of legal troubles in Georgia separate from the 19-defendant racketeering case involving former President Donald Trump‘s alleged efforts to subvert the state’s 2020 election.

He is also facing a defamation case in the state from election workers Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman, a pair that has called out Giuliani in court filings for not paying sanctions ordered by the court.

Giuliani may also be in trouble with his personal finances. Trump himself has been raising money to help his former attorney’s legal bills. Giuliani’s own former attorneys also sued him last month for nearly $1.4 million in alleged outstanding legal fees.

Late last month, Giuliani was slapped with a lawsuit by President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, for allegedly hacking into the first son’s laptop.

Separately, Giuliani filed his own defamation lawsuit in New Hampshire against Joe Biden for calling him a “Russian pawn” during a 2020 debate.
