Vice President Kamala Harris will speak about climate change and the one-year anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act in Seattle on Tuesday.
Harris is expected to talk about the administration’s commitment to combating climate change and building a clean energy economy that creates good-paying jobs. The remarks are part of the administration’s effort to tout the results of the Inflation Reduction Act a year after the policy became law.

The vice president will be accompanied by her husband, second gentleman Doug Emhoff, and she is scheduled to give her speech at 3 p.m. Tuesday’s appearance is the second time Harris has visited Seattle since taking office.
