Co-defendant Carlos De Oliveira pleaded not guilty Tuesday to all four felonies he faces in the classified documents case involving former President Donald Trump.

De Oliveira, a Mar-a-Lago property manager, appeared at a federal courthouse in Fort Pierce, Florida, for his brief arraignment before U.S. Magistrate Judge Shaniek Maynard and was accompanied by attorney Donald Murrell, according to CBS.

The plea comes after De Oliveira’s arraignment was twice postponed because he had been unable to secure local counsel.

He was released after his first court appearance on $100,000 bond under conditions that he would not leave South Florida and not speak to designated witnesses in the case except through attorneys.

De Oliveira was indicted in July by special counsel Jack Smith on four felony charges stemming from allegations he conspired to delete surveillance footage at Mar-a-Lago last year to prevent federal investigators from obtaining the footage.
