Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son, has arrived in a Delaware federal court Wednesday where he is expected to plead guilty two misdemeanors for not paying federal taxes on time in 2017 and 2018.
It was announced last month that Hunter Biden accepted a deal with the Justice Department after a yearslong investigation into the president’s son’s overseas business dealings.
While Hunter Biden is not expected to be sentenced today, U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika presides over the hearing and must sign off on the deal.
