President Joe Biden will speak about mental healthcare after the administration announced new rules aimed at making it easier for citizens to receive in-network healthcare for mental health.
Biden is expected to start speaking at 3 p.m. from the East Room in the White House.

The new rules proposed by the Biden administration on Tuesday include requiring “health plans to make changes when they are providing inadequate access to mental health care,” along with closing loopholes and making plan limitations more clear, according to the White House.
