Our panel reacts to the Supreme Court ruling on affirmative action. The argument is to create more diverse thinking in higher education. We ask if the consideration of race in order to allow people who aren’t statistically getting accepted is justification enough to use race as a determinative factor for admission and if this is setting students up for failure.
