Trump is scheduled to appear in a federal courthouse in Miami, Florida, at 3:00 p.m. earlier the same day, after he was indicted by a grand jury on charges brought by special counsel Jack Smith.
When Trump was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury earlier this year on charges related to allegedly falsifying business records related to alleged hush payments to two women in 2016, he flew to New York City for the arraignment and then flew back to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida to deliver remarks.
