Virginia Rep. Donald McEachin dead at 61 after battle with cancer

Virginia Rep. Donald McEachin (D) has died at age 61 after a yearslong battle with cancer, his chief of staff announced Monday.

The congressman had just won reelection to his fourth term in the lower chamber.
