WATCH LIVE: Kevin McCarthy delivers update on debt ceiling negotiations

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) is giving remarks on the latest developments in the debt ceiling negotiations between congressional leaders and the White House.

McCarthy is expected to begin speaking at 11:45 a.m. This week looks to be critical, with the June 1 “X-date” rapidly approaching.
