President Donald Trump is set to hold his final event before the midterm elections in Washington at the newly reopened Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool on Monday at 2 p.m.
The event marks the close of the president’s busy month of crisscrossing the country in an attempt to boost GOP candidates. The president traveled to more than 20 cities to energize Republican voters in October while also holding multiple virtual town hall events.
Where has Trump traveled the most ahead of the November election?
Trump told reporters he wanted to speak at the Reflecting Pool to “show how beautiful it is,” just days after it reopened after an expensive and extended renovation.
