A bookmobile and reading room containing millions of pages from the Jeffrey Epstein files are heading to Dallas next week, putting the documents on display as President Donald Trump and other top Republicans gather in the city for the first GOP midterm convention.
The “Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Reading Room” and an accompanying mobile exhibit will be open to the public in Texas starting on Sept. 8, the same week the Republican National Committee is set to host its event featuring Trump and Vice President JD Vance.
The exhibits are curated by the Institute for Primary Facts and are intended to put pressure on the Department of Justice to continue investigating the late convicted sex offender’s crimes. IPF Executive Director David Garrett told the Washington Examiner that bringing the exhibits to the Lone Star State during the RNC convention is no coincidence.
“We wanted to be where the conversation is happening, and the conversation is going to be there,” Garrett said. “We wanted to go to Texas anyway, and it just seemed like good timing.”
The reading room will be in Dallas from Sept. 8 to Sept. 11, and the bookmobile will be in the city on Sept. 10, making stops one day at a time. The RNC midterm convention kicks off in the same location over two days, Sept. 9 and 10.
Garrett said the exhibits compile 3.5 million documents related to the DOJ’s investigation into Epstein. The reading room requires two semi-trucks to transport, as the documents weigh 17,000 pounds and span 574 feet across 20 bookshelves. The bookmobile has the same information, just sized down into “travel editions of the books,” Garrett said.
The reading room opened for several days in June in Washington, D.C., before Attorney General Todd Blanche’s confirmation. Garrett said Blanche’s confirmation added insult to injury as it relates to the Epstein files, particularly as survivors had spoken out against him following their personal information being released when the files were made public.
“One of the worst crimes in our industry, and you’ve got the chief law enforcement officer of the United States actively covering up these crimes instead of trying to find justice for the survivors, like that’s just I think felt like a slap in the face,” Garrett said. “In Dallas, just a couple miles away, there will be 50 senators that voted to confirm Todd Lynch as the chief law enforcement officer.”
The centerpiece of the reading room is a 390-square-foot exhibit that features all the times Epstein and Trump were together, which Garrett said will be in Dallas as well.
“The purpose of that exhibit is to let people draw their own conclusions about Donald Trump, but more importantly, draw their own conclusions about why this case isn’t being investigated,” he said. “I think that’s the thing that we want people to come away with.”
Garrett said survivors plan to make appearances at the exhibits in Dallas, two of whom were trafficked in the city.

IPF is a nonprofit organization, but its funding sources are unknown, as it just received its tax-exempt status and hasn’t yet needed to file financial disclosures.
An anti-Trump group, Defiance, is collaborating with the IPF to put on the bookmobile. Defiance was founded by former Department of Homeland Security chief of staff Miles Taylor and social entrepreneur Xander Schultz to fight back against corruption through commentary. The nonprofit group is funded by monthly and annual subscriptions.
