Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, will appear in Utah court for a second time Tuesday at 11 a.m. Eastern as the weeklong preliminary hearing continues.
The court is expected to see body camera footage from the day Robinson surrendered and a recorded statement from his roommate, who prosecutors say received a note confessing to the shooting. Members of Kirk’s family, including his parents and widow Erika Kirk, attended Monday’s hearing.

Prosecutors are also expected to introduce DNA evidence, witness testimony, and other exhibits as they work to establish probable cause.
