CNN conservative commentator Scott Jennings clashed with MeidasTouch podcaster Adam Mockler during a fiery debate in which Jennings said, “Get your f***ing hand out of my face.”
“Honestly, I’m not going to have this guy’s hand in my face,” Jennings said Thursday on CNN NewsNight With Abby Phillip.
Jennings and Mockler debated the Iran war when Mockler criticized Jennings for the United States’s involvement in the Middle East, as war tensions continue amid postponed ceasefire deals.
“I was only a few years old while you were in the administration defending prior ‘endless wars,’ now this war is failing,” Mockler said.
“Eight weeks is ‘endless’ to you?” Jennings said. “What, you have the attention span of a gnat?”
“Homie, I debated you on TV four to six weeks ago, and you said we were weeks away from it, and now you’re making condescending remarks because you can’t defend the fact that this war is not going your way,” Mockler said.
That’s when Jennings fired back and repeated Mockler’s statement, “‘Not going your way?’ Get your f***ing hand out of my face.”
Anchor Abby Phillip interjected, “Everybody hang tight, everybody calm down, OK? We’re having a debate.”
“Scott, you can respond,” Phillip said.
Jennings defended himself and said the main goal is to make sure Iran does not have any nuclear weapons.

Mockler snapped back that Jennings could not answer the question, “Name one political concession we’ve gotten.”
“So you can’t answer the question? I’d get mad too,” Mockler said.
