The new accuser is presenting her claims at a press conference in Beverly Hills, California, at 12:30 p.m. ET.
Swalwell has said he is not guilty of sexual misconduct. He is under criminal and congressional investigation amid the claims. CNN previously reported that a total of four women have publicly come forward with sexual misconduct claims. A former unnamed staffer was the first to allege on April 10 that Swalwell had raped her twice. Ally Sammarco and Annika Albrecht are two other women who have since revealed their identities and detailed their stories to CBS. Influencer Cheyenne Hunt, who has helped bring the allegations forward, said more than 30 women have reached out to her with some form of misconduct accusations against Swalwell.
