Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) told podcaster Stephen A. Smith what aliens may look like based on UFO briefings he’s been a part of on Straight Shooter with Stephen A. Wednesday.
Smith asked Burchett, “You’ve seen Independence Day, you’ve seen aliens, you’ve seen a few things. What do they look like?”
“It’s not Independence Day, I’ll tell you that,” Burchett said.
“It’s not about little green men, it’s not about flying saucers. It’s about what are they spending tens of, maybe billions of, your tax dollars on? If it doesn’t exist, why are they studying it?”

Burchett added that if UFOs, which the government calls unidentified anomalous phenomena, do exist, then there needs to be disclosure and transparency about the information.
He also said he thinks President Donald Trump will bring this information to light. Burchett said he had a conversation with White House officials and that “hopefully some things will be coming out soon.”
