Richard Grenell, Trump’s envoy for special missions who briefly led the Trump-Kennedy Center, is speaking around 2:45. Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr is set to deliver remarks at 3:30, according to CPAC’s schedule.
Conservative commentator Michael Knowles is among other GOP figures set to take the stage on Friday.
