Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, FBI chief Kash Patel, and CIA Director John Ratcliffe will be testifying before the House Intelligence Committee beginning at 8:30 a.m. During Wednesday’s hearings, Gabbard and Ratcliffe refused to say whether President Donald Trump was properly briefed on expected retaliation by Iran in the Strait of Hormuz. Gabbard and Patel also denied reports about Trump invoking emergency powers ahead of the 2026 election.
