President Donald Trump will give remarks at an event in Hebron, Kentucky, on Wednesday, bringing his messaging to Rep. Thomas Massie’s (R-KY) congressional district.
Trump is expected to deliver remarks on his economic agenda and will likely address the hotly anticipated GOP primary between Massie and challenger Ed Gallrein, whom Trump endorsed last October. Trump posted on Truth Social earlier in the day, calling Massie “the Republican Party’s Worst ‘Congressman,’ EVER” and backing Gallrein amid criticism over his past independent affiliation.

Trump has not made an endorsement in Kentucky’s GOP Senate primary, as three candidates eye the seat of retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY). The primary elections in the state will take place on May 19.
Trump was in Ohio earlier in the day and visited the Thermo Fisher Scientific site in Cincinnati. He is expected to speak at 4:30 p.m.
