Vice President JD Vance and his wife, second lady Usha Vance, announced Tuesday that they are expecting their fourth child, a boy, in an Instagram post.
“We’re very excited to share the news that Usha is pregnant with our fourth child,” the couple wrote on Instagram. “Usha and the baby are doing well.”
The second family wrote that they are “looking forward” to welcoming their new baby boy in July.
The Vances are already parents to their three children, Ewan (8), Vivek (5), and Mirabel (4).
In the post, the couple thanked the military doctors for supporting and caring for Usha Vance during what they called an “exciting” and “hectic” time.
“We are particularly grateful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who do so much to ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children,” the couple wrote.
VANCE POSITIONED FOR WHAT COMES AFTER TRUMP, A YEAR AFTER INAUGURATION
The Vances are the latest members of the Trump administration who are expecting a child, as press secretary Karoline Leavitt announced in December 2025 that she is expecting a baby girl.
The Washington Examiner contacted the White House and the vice president’s press office for comment.
