Former President Barack Obama will join Democratic Virginia gubernatorial candidate Abigail Spanberger for a campaign rally in Norfolk, Virginia.

The rally will run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Old Dominion University.
Spanberger is leading in the polls as Election Day approaches this Tuesday, November 4th.
