Elon Musk said he is going to curtail the amount of money he spends on political donations, noting at the Qatar Economic Forum that he doesn’t see a “reason.”
Musk, the world’s richest man, spent $250 million to help get President Donald Trump elected, and his affiliated PAC spent $20 million in the 2025 Wisconsin Supreme Court race.
“In terms of political spending, I’m going to do a lot less in the future,” he said in a video interview at the Qatar Economic Forum. “I think I’ve done enough.”
