Joe Concha slams Jasmine Crockett as someone ‘who deserves zero respect’

.

Washington Examiner Senior Writer Joe Concha condemned the recent comments made by Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) as other liberal media personalities haven’t spoken out against her.

Crockett recently mocked Gov. Greg Abbott‘s (R-TX) disability by giving him the nickname “Governor Hot Wheels.” Abbott is going on 10 years in the governor’s office and has used a wheelchair for about 40 years.

Abbot was a recent law school graduate out on a run in 1984 when a tree fell on him and paralyzed him from the waist down. Hosts from The View took turns saying the comments were “not OK,” prompting a more serious response from Concha.

“This is a very dangerous and very unserious person who deserves zero respect,” Concha said on Fox News’s Fox and Friends First. “The fact that The View kind of tried to couch it like, ‘You shouldn’t make fun of the guy in the wheelchair who has been in there since he was 26 years old when he got hit by a tree,’ that’s a 100/0 issue. They had to say that. The Fact they couched it was bothersome. Jasmine Crockett deserves no respect or no gravitas based off the things she’s said just in the past week.”

JASMINE CROCKETT SLAMMED FOR DUBBING GREG ABBOTT ‘GOVERNOR HOT WHEELS’

Crockett defended the nickname, claiming, “I wasn’t thinking about the governor’s condition—I was thinking about the planes, trains, and automobiles he used to transfer migrants into communities led by Black mayors, deliberately stoking tension and fear among the most vulnerable.”

The Texas representative’s social media history shows that she liked posts referring to Abbott as “hot wheels” before he began busing illegal immigrants in May 2021.
