President-elect Donald Trump is holding a final victory rally on the eve of his second inauguration.
He is scheduled to take the stage at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., at 3 p.m.
Trump’s “Make America Great Again Victory Rally” will allow many of his supporters, who traveled from across the country, to get a front-row view of the president-elect before his historic inauguration on Monday, which was recently moved indoors. Seats at the rally are given on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to fill up quickly.
