Vice President Kamala Harris is speaking from a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday as Democrats look to shore up support ahead of Election Day.
She is expected to start speaking at about 5 p.m. Eastern time.

Speakers at the event also included Attorney General and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein and actress Kerry Washington.
North Carolina is critical to Harris or former President Donald Trump winning the presidency. Democrats are trying to flip the state for the first time since 2008.
