Vice President Kamala Harris holds a rally in Little Chute, Wisconsin, for her second of three rallies today.
She is expected to speak shortly after 7 p.m. Eastern time. Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), herself locked in a tight race, spoke in the lead-up to Harris’s speech.
