Other speakers at the event include his running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), Elon Musk, Rudy Giuliani, and former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Trump, a longtime New York businessman, has voiced a desire to take the stage there for years. New York is a safely blue state, but Trump has privately and publicly said that he thinks he could win its 28 electoral votes.
