President Joe Biden will receive an operational briefing in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Wednesday at 4:15 p.m.

The briefing will be on Hurricane Helene’s damage to the southeast and will be held in Raleigh’s emergency operations center. It will be followed by an aerial tour of Asheville, where catastrophic flooding has left countless residents without running water, electricity, or access to cell service and internet.
Before flying to North Carolina, Biden stopped in Greenville, South Carolina, where he took aerial tours of Helene’s damage to the state.
